So first off I’m in the middle of being fit and fat, not that it means anything but some of the things I do might be easier than other people trying it. But what I did for day 1 was I ran 6 – 100 yard dashes and when I got to the end I did 15 push ups and 25 sit ups. By then end of this I could barely feel my arms, legs, and my stomach. That workout was mainly me getting conditioned to the harder workouts ahead of time. But then I went to eat healthy so that I lose fat but gain muscle and get stronger and more endurance. I didn’t really do anything else for the rest of the day because I was so sore and it’s not good to over work your body especially when you’re just starting the workout.
